1. Processing time
All items are handcrafted to order. Standard processing time is 3–5 working days after order confirmation and design approval (for custom items). Rush orders may be available on request — ask via WhatsApp.
2. Delivery timelines
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days within India depending on your location. Kerala addresses are usually delivered within 2–4 working days. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or weather delays.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹79 applies. Exact charges are confirmed via WhatsApp before payment.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details via WhatsApp. You can track your parcel using the courier partner's website or app.
5. International shipping
We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. International shipping charges and timelines are confirmed via WhatsApp before the order is placed. Customs duties or import taxes, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.
6. Undelivered orders
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
