1. Orders and payment

All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp before production begins. Payment is collected before dispatch. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other methods confirmed at time of order.

2. Customisation and proofs

Custom orders include a digital proof via WhatsApp before production. Production begins only after written approval. Changes after approval may incur additional charges.

3. Delivery

Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days after confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. International shipping charges are confirmed before dispatch.

4. Returns and refunds

Personalised items cannot be returned unless damaged or significantly different from the approved proof. Raise any issue within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp.

5. Privacy

Your contact details are used only to process and communicate about your order. We do not share your information with third parties.
